Full-Arch Needs
Options are discussed if all teeth in one jaw are missing or the remaining teeth cannot be predictably maintained.

A fixed bridge supported by six implants can be considered when favourable bone positions and prosthetic requirements support that configuration.
All-on-6 is a full-arch treatment approach in which six suitably distributed implants support a fixed restoration. Their contribution to the planned prosthesis matters more than reaching a particular number.
Dr. Ali İlker Baştan reviews bone volume and distribution, the opposing jaw, bite forces, grinding and the space required for a maintainable prosthesis. An extra implant is not recommended simply to reach six if its position would be unfavourable.

Six implant positions need to offer meaningful support to the restoration.
Bridge length, bite forces and access for cleaning influence the plan.
Assessment, surgery and restorative stages form one individual treatment plan.
Bone anatomy, remaining teeth, health history and expectations are reviewed.
Implant distribution and the temporary and final restorations are designed together.
The planned implants are placed under an appropriate anaesthesia protocol; temporary bridge options are evaluated.
Healing is monitored and the final bridge and daily maintenance programme are completed.
When six implants can be placed at favourable sites, they may broaden support for the bridge. If the anatomy would force extra implants into poor positions, four well-planned implants or another configuration may be more appropriate.
Grinding, the opposing arch, restoration material and cleaning access are considered when comparing the two approaches.
Individual suitability requires clinical assessment and imaging.

It is designed to restore a complete arch; the number and shape of replacement teeth are planned individually.
No. Additional implants should contribute meaningful support from favourable bone positions.
Bone augmentation, different implant distribution or another restorative option may be discussed.
It may be considered when initial stability and other clinical conditions are suitable; it is not guaranteed.
No. Upper and lower jaws can be planned independently.
Yes. Bite forces, restorative material and protective measures are considered with any history of grinding.
Tissue healing and integration vary with general health and any additional procedures.
The bridge is fixed for daily use and can be removed by a clinician when professional maintenance is required.
Treatment records can be shared; suitable follow-up arrangements are discussed in the individual plan.
The system, prosthesis and any additional surgery are reviewed after assessment; this page does not promise a fixed price.
